In addition to working as a hands-on UX designer, my last few months at Vipps I was part of the leadership team of a newly formed product group working with medium to small businesses and nonprofit organizations. As part of that role my main activities was; planing the staffing of designers in that new group. Facilitating the hiring of several designers into that group. Planing and having workshops with the teams around responsibilities and how they would like to work.
